Order Processing
We will process your order within 3 to 4 business days of payment confirmation. If you have any enquiries regarding your order, kindly write to us at info_mkt@wenken.com with your Order No.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Our goal is to get your order packed and shipped to you as soon as possible. If we can access your order before it ships, we will be happy to cancel the original order and provide you with a new modified order. However, we cannot guarantee the same. Contact us here to request any changes to an order placed.
Bulk Purchase Orders
We accept bulk purchase orders. To get a quotation from us, please write to us at info_mkt@wenken.com.

Tracking your Orders
We will send you a tracking notification once your product has been shipped out.
SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
Shipping and Delivery
A shipping fee of RM10 per parcel applies for all orders from West Malaysia and RM15 per parcel applies for all order from East Malaysia. Free shipping only applies for orders above RM30 and above in a single order or invoice. We do not provide delivery service to Delivery Restricted Area such as P.O. Box Addresses. Kindly allow 3 to 4 working days for processing and delivery of orders. Our normal delivery hours are between 9am to 6pm. Tracking number will be provided once parcel is couriered out.
Self Collect Option
We offer a self-collect option for our customers. You can opt to collect your order at our office located at following address. Wen Ken Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd A-3-11, The Plaza, Jalan Wan Kadir 3, Taman Tun Dr Ismail, 60000 Wilayah Persekutuan, Kuala Lumpur. Tel : 03-7727 2713 We will notify you once the order is ready for collection. Normal processing time varies between 1 to 2 business days. Once notified, we hold orders for customers up to 7 to 10 days to allow for self-collection.
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellation
1. When can I return or make an exchange of an item? You can exchange or return any item purchased within 3 days of the delivery date. However, any returns and exchanges may be provided only if: -Defective item or incorrect item from the order is on record. -Missing item is received We offer full refunds or replacement for defective items. 2. How do I cancel my order? Cancellation of order is not allowed once payment is completed.
